The house is very cozy, while spacious, bright and fresh. It is ideal for families and couples. It is surrounded by large windows, all overlooking the garden. It has different spaces that invite to tranquility and relaxation. It is located very close to 5 of the 9 bays that comprise "Bahías de Huatulco", in a safe, well communicated residential area, near the city center (where there are shops, restaurants, bars, tourism agencies, rental of cars and bicycles...)

The apartment is part of a complex called Punta Arrocito, which features two beautiful pools (one with an ocean view). Additionally, just a two-minute walk away is El Arrocito beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Bahías de Huatulco

Relájate en una escapada única y tranquila a un lugar agradable, bien ventilado y con vista al mar. Duerme arrullado por el murmullo marino. Con todo lo necesario para permanecer en la suite y a 200 metros de la hermosa y pacífica Playa del Arrocito. Alberca con jacuzzi, eventualmente compartida (solo si hay otra pareja hospedada en la casa principal y coinciden en horario de uso) sin necesidad de entrar a la casa.
