Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Spacious one bedroomed (double bed) apartment with a double sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. The living room kitchen and bedroom all have an ocean view. It has an outdoor parking space secured by electric gates. The neighbourhood is small and quiet. It is just on a motorway junction that looks like an Oasis almost half way between north and south. There are two restaurants and a petrol station within walking distance.
