Relax and enjoy unique atmosphere in a cosy flat, located near park and within walking distance of historical center. We offer private parking and garden with seating. Being adults we forget how unworried and happy we felt with our grandparents. We are looking forward to welcome you in a place, where traditional living meets the current required comfort. We believe to provide you with all you need, including calming view, friendly attitude and home made cakes. Late check in/out is possible.

Apartmán, vytvořen ve stylu Gustava Klimta, se nachází v nejvyšším a to v 7.patře budovy, s výhledem na řeku Vltavu, je komfortně vybaven včetně klimatizace, je zde veškeré vybavení potřebné k Vašemu pobytu, součástí je i minibar s alko i nealko nápoji a drobným občerstvením. Za poplatek (10€/noc) je možnost využití parkovacího stání na soukromém parkovišti přímo před budovou. Pět minut chůze na metro i tramvaj, která Vás do 10 min dopraví do samotného centra Prahy. Prague 2 Vinohrady is a great area to stay in. The ambiance, the neighborhood, the people, the food, the parks, it makes a place! Very close to the city center (25min walks through the park and 5 by tram) it has that very special feel to it, this is the real Prague for me! A mix of hip, green, authenticity and beauty. Moreover the flat is great, modern and cozy ;) We wish we could live there ourselves! But we keep it for you guys; couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy!

The apartment consists of an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchen, a living room with a full-size sofa bed sleeping two, and a small dining room. The bathroom contains a shower. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, up one flight of stairs. There is also an elevator.
