Laundry & washing machine off the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with lots of sun and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower. tv with Freeview and Netflix ect Massey is close to the new northwest mall, Kumeu for wineries and the west coast beaches, along with being a short 15 minute drive to both the north shore and the city centre. This room with ensuite has a kettle and toaster no cooking facilities. Pets only if I've approved to protect my family and home. Guests enter the front garden, walk down the driveway to access the separate room under our home. The room is private, self-contained and a key will be provided. The house is located close to the beach, cafes, bus stops and the city is a 10 minute drive away. A queen size bed and a single sofa bed is available.
