Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Isto tako, ležaljke i suncobrani su besplatni i gosti su ih slobodni korisiti. Cijeli objekt je ograđen ogradom.

Das Ferienhaus Velebit Lodge wurde 2020 komplett neu renoviert und liegt direkt beim Naturpark Velebit. Geniessen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf das majestätische Velebit-Gebirge. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Parkplätze in Doppelgarage.

Villa Coleum - family retreat with pool and hot tub jacuzzi. Beautifully decorated, brand new villa - consists of two separated units which are both fully equipped. First floor (6 person) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful dining area and living room. Second floor (2+2) has bedroom, bathroom and sofa. Both units have A/C, beautiful kitchen with all appliances, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Guests also have 5 free parking places outside the yard walls, 2 free parking places inside the walls and large BBQ.

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (20.9-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
