Apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated 600 year old house. It is located 200 meters from the Golden gate (main entrance of the ancient Roman palace). You can take a 15 minute walk to the nearest beache or you could also take a bus. The famouse park-forest Marjan is also near by. There is more than enough restaurants and bars not even a minute or two away! If you are looking for good time, or some peace and quiet, here You will definitely find both!

The apartment is 10min of walk to the old town (1 kilometar), also to the nearest beach, restaurant, nightclub and the famous forest Marjan which is great for sports activities and for relaxing in the nature. You can see the sea from your room window. The apartment is situated near the cities main football stadium in the peacfull neighborhood called Spinut. You have an elevator in the building and there is free parking on the street all around the building.
