It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Big market is in the neighbouring building. Perfectly located in the quiet residential area, yet near the city center, with sea and city view from both south and north side of the apartment !

Marjan park and the beach is within 10 min walking distance, very center is within 10 min, Riva promenade is within 15 to 20 min, small green market and supermarkets (Plodine and Lidl) is within 5-8 min.
