In a peaceful area of the 1st "Leg" of Halkidiki, amongst a pine tree forest, near the picturesque village of Kriopigi, you will find our cozy vacation home, with the most outstanding veiw of the deep blue waters of northern Aegean. Enjoy your time with your family and friends, relaxing in our patio, barbecuing, swimming and feeling the authentic experience of the famous Greek summer. Our home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a garden and 2 parking spaces.

Πανέμορφη εξοχική κατοικία στο Πολύχρονο της Χαλκιδικής με δικό του κήπο πλήρως επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ( μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα κτλ.), λευκά είδη, air - condition, wifi, κουζινικά είδη και ό,τι είναι απαραίτητο. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 6 άτομα με δύο διπλά κρεβάτια και έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι που ανοίγει και γίνεται διπλός. Βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά 5 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και έχει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από τους επισκέπτες.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

It is a beautiful family business apartments located in a nice open space neighborhood inside the village. The studio is about 20 cm2. It include AC, WIFI, tv, kitchen , balcony. It is 200 meters away from the sea which is awarded with a blue flag. In 40 meters away there is supermarket , bakery is 150 meters away and around the place there are different stores.
