Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Ci sono a disposizione tre camere da letto, soggiorno e cucina attrezzata per tutte le persone che vogliono scoprire la Val Cavargna o i vicini Lago di Como e Lago di Lugano.
