Situata nel Comune di Pietrarubbia nel cuore del Montefeltro sul versante Nord rispetto al centro del capoluogo, in meravigliosa posizione panoramica a 700 m di altezza sul livello del mare, gode di un clima fresco e ideale per sfuggire le afe estive. Da tale posizione è possibile vedere verso sud le più belle montagne della dorsale appenninica fino ad arrivare con lo sguardo al Monte Conero, e ad alcune località tipiche del Montefeltro quali Sassocorvaro e Urbino. A nord-ovest è posto il Monte Carpegna con la sua suggestiva Ripa detta "costa dei salti" che evidenzia la stratificazione di tipo arenario del Monte Carpegna. E' possibile raggiungere in pochi chilometri piccoli e importanti borghi antichi come San Leo, Montecerignone, Cavoleto, Frontino e tanti altri che offrono, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, feste locali e rivisitazioni medievali per un tuffo nel passato. La casa si trova circondata da prati e boschi di suggestiva bellezza e da un ambiente ancora incontaminato, abitata in ogni angolo dalla natura, ospite privilegiato e sempre presente, offre un luogo ideale per il riposo della mente e del fisico. L’abitato è dominato dalla maestosa vetta del monte Carpegna, che mostra su questo versante ripide pendici, con folte faggete alternate alla nuda roccia; tutt’intorno si estende un variegato mosaico di coltivi, di boschi e, qua e là, di aguzzi speroni rocciosi dominati da antiche fortezze. L' antico borgo è a pochi passi e merita la vostra attenzione. L'esteso territorio attorno alla dimora e' magnifico da visitare a cavallo o con una bellissima passeggiata. Una gita a cavallo nelle verdi terre del Montefeltro! Goditi i meravigliosi panorami della zona sulla sella di un cavallo percorrendo gli itinerari da noi proposti.

A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.
