These views stretch as far as the eye can see, from Granite Island right across to the "Bluff" and beyond. During the winter months, whales are often seen from the lounge room windows. The house has been decorated with bright, bold colours whilst still keeping a minimalist approach, it is so roomy. With fresh carpet throughout the main living areas, it is so comfortable.

A cute little two bedroom cottage that is less than 10 minutes walk to everything Port Elliot has to offer - the Strand, the beach, bakery, 2 hotels and Lakala Reserve. Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! Little extras included - long-life milk, condiments including coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & a range of spices. Warm throw rugs for the winter. A comfortable budget option.
