La vivienda tiene un agradable patio privado y permite gozar de la tranquilidad de un lugar mágico, junto al golfo de Roses. La casa se encuentra frente a los famosos Aiguamolls del Empordà y muy cerca de municipios como Roses, Castelló d'Empúries o la larga playa de Sant Pere Pescador.

Es pot apreciar, per tant, els estils constructius de l’època com és la volta catalana que trobem en totes les habitacions i en banys. La casa se situa en un petit poble de l'Empordà de 364 habitants.
