Ancien mazot plein de charme, tant pour une familles, un couple ou entre amis! Situé à 1'600 mètres d'altitude, le long de la route du col de la Croix côté Diablerets, il est immergé en pleine montage. Depuis le chalet, accès direct au domaine de ski et aux randonnées de la région. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. En hiver, la route est fermée, l'accès se fait uniquement par la piste de luge. Il est très bien équipé. Bon repos, belles randos et jolis apéros garantis dans ce petit mazot!

A 2 bedroom apartment in the center of Champex-Lac only a minutes walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. Recently renovated to a high standard, this apartment offers a fantastic view of Champex-Lac from the living space and also both bedrooms which are also south facing. There is also a large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the stunning views from outside. L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

It is situated within easy reach of the center of the village - Champéry - and offers an ideal view over the station. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the "Dents Du Midi" and the "Dents Blanches". All facilities (train station, cable lift, shopping, restaurant) are close by.

Beautiful Traditional Alpine Chalet

Our lovely chalet stands in its own grounds and overlooks the Lac de Vonnes, just 10 minute walk from village centre and 100 metres from the ski lifts linking the Super Chatel and Linga ski area. It is possible to ski back to the chalet door. We have 5 ensuite family bedrooms, a children's playroom, lounge with open fireplace, and lovely panelled dining room plus a lovely decked terrace with sunken jacuzzi. All in all a fabulous space to enjoy.
