More recently we have enclosed private space next to the horsebox, with a hammock, barbecue, patio, table and chairs.

Bee's Bower, built by a ship-builder from chestnut poles and wattle and daub, is elevated in the trees and overlooks a south-facing valley. At its heart, a hand-beaten copper roll-top bath looks out across the hills. A hand-carved spiral staircase winds up to the king bedroom above. The most romantic of our four spaces.
