The accommodation has a wealth of period features, including inglenook fireplace, bread ovens, washing copper, flagged floors and exposed beams. There is a wood-burner and the accommodation is also centrally heated and double glazed and has a , modern fitted kitchen. There is a self contained garden/eating area .

Bed linen and towels are provided and each bedroom has a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen plus utility with washing machine. Lounge area has a smart TV & Wi-Fi.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
