Casa Cocay was born out of a one time trip to Merida which we never wanted to end. We are enthralled with the Yucatan culture and all that it has to offer. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is designed as an reprieve from the vibrant hot city. Hang out in the sun by the pool or relax with Netflix in the air conditioned living quarters- it’s your vacation. La Casa Azul en el Malecón Internacional

Fantastic house with a pool that is 3 blocks from the Playón beach and Malecón promenade. It is a traditional Progreso beach house with original floors and high ceilings, making it cool and calm. There is air conditioning, WiFi, hot water, an equipped kitchen, office/work area and TV. There is a big pool, bar, and grass area that is shared with guests staying upstairs. The house is 10 minutes walk to the centre of Progreso and 3 minutes by car. We are pet and family friendly!
