The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Il Casale è stato ristrutturato mantenendone il più possibile i caratteri e gli elementi originari della vecchia casa di campagna perchè volevamo offrire ai nostri ospiti la sensazione di sentirsi accolti in un contesto non artificiale e fondato su una tradizione vera e tuttora conservata.

Villa Nino is situated in an absolutely idyllic location with plenty of privacy between Termoli and Vasto on the east coast of Italy. The barrier-free holiday home has a cozy living room, a home theater area with two single beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with one double bed and two bunk beds plus a cot), as well as one bathroom. It therefore can accommodate 8 people.

The sunset is amazing, on the hills just behind the house. There is a big garden with a big swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. In the middle of the hills really close to the Adriatic sea.
