In town, but at the edge of town, small, and cozy, with A/C in the tiny kitchenette as well as the bedroom. Tiny private bathroom with a warm NOT HOT shower only and just a shower curtain for separation, not a door. Outside stairs to the apartment and a walk through the yard to get to those stairs. BEFORE BOOKING : WE ONLY HAVE WARM WATER IN THE SHOWER NOT HOT

I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.
