This 10x12 sq ft studio home is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to town in Lo de Marcos. LdM is conveniently located between San Pancho and Guayabitos . The small pueblo of Lo de Marcos sports a gorgeous beach, friendly people and lots of restaurants! Sorry, no kitchen/ laundry available. Please support the local village! You share the lovely garden area with the other studio suite. Outdoor shower for “after the beach” rinsing. There are cats living here. No other pets allowed.

Casita Redonda is 600 sq. ft. ground level studio suite, comes with a upper patio deck with views of the ocean. It is situated within the safe walls of the Casa Vista de las Islas complex. Decorated with Mexican flair and only foot steps from the Los Ayala beach. The casita has access to a out door heated swimming pool with breath taking views of the ocean. The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.
