Ocean and mountain views from the back patio with great sun exposure. Very quiet, friendly neighbourhood within walking distance to all local amenities. The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice.
