It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. Self-contained well appointed Studio apartment located in convenient Frankton. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bus stop, lake & river and the airport. Full kitchen - fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower and combination Washer/Dryer. Ventilation system and underfloor heating for full comfort. Private outdoor seating area. Wifi and TV. Bed is set up as a super king but can be separated to accommodate 2 single beds on request. Keyless electronic entry.

Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , kitchenette studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

Enjoy your stay at our modern & private one-bedroom guest suite with mountain views. The Loft on Flynn has a king bed, en suite, a kitchenette, a balcony, indoor/outdoor dining options and external gear shed. The Loft on Flynn is centrally located just outside the gates of the Millbrook Resort and within easy walking distance of the picturesque and historic Arrowtown. It’s the perfect base for enjoying the local restaurants, vineyards, shops, walks, tours, cycle trails and ski fields.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Stay for as long as you like in this little slice of paradise because once you get here, you won’t want to leave.

Private Guest Suite at The Corner House

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
