The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Oleander. Adults only!

The 29 sqm big apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. Since 2023 the apartment has air conditioning. It has a separate entrance and offers the most amazing view over the ocean. The balcony is shared with another guest. The hostess speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.
