At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. It is a place full of perfumes, of magic, of suggestion. 27 km from the Baroque of Noto, 13 km from the seaside village of Marzamemi, 14 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero.
