Elm Tree Garden Cottage

Rose Garden Manor House B+B Sitting in the shade of a 150 year old Elm tree with a view of Platberg Mountain and sleeping in one of Harrismith’s historical landmarks is a treat. Harrismith is the gem of the Free State, the gateway to the Drakensberg. The Rose Garden manor house was built in 1895 and is owned and run by David and Gill Weaver who have maintained the tradition of a classic B+B so you get to experience life with a South African family.

Oak ridge is an idyllic “one of a kind” self catering unit nested between two trees in Reitz Free State This hidden jewel is ideal for four guests and has an open plan sleeping, living and eating area. The unit also consists of a kitchen with the basic appliances and dish ware. Beds consist of a queen size bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Uncapped fibre internet is also supplied.

Your bedroom is located in a separate guest house, on the property in a quiet suburb of Bethlehem. The guest house comprises of 4 different rooms with varying options and can also be booked in total for 7 people. Each room can be viewed separately on Airbnb, under The Nest. This room with twin beds, can also be converted to King size bed on request.

MELODY is a small free standing cottage similar to a bachelor's flat. It has a double bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette. There is a paved area in front of the cottage with garden furniture, braai and braaihout under shady trees.
