在市中心地段，夜晚也不會吵雜因為在高樓層。可看海面、港口風景，樓下有商場、餐廳、便利商店，通勤也方便，客運也能到達台北市區，搭郵輪過馬路就到，兩分鐘到基隆廟口，四分鐘到二信循環站。 房屋裡面有洗脫烘、微波爐、冰箱、碗盤、吹風機，簡易廚房。入內換拖鞋。 位於基隆皇冠大樓，樓下就有商場。過完馬路再走大約3分鐘就能到達二信循環站，同時也到達客運2088等待區，能夠去往台北。 若搭郵輪過一條馬路豈可，除了能欣賞風景，要搭郵輪的客人也能隨時就到。
