Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces). Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

Hidden away in a secret corner of West Wales with panoramic views of the surrounding peaceful countryside from the pretty garden. Less than a 30 minute drive to beautiful beaches and stunning coastal scenery, including New Quay and the harbour town of Aberaeron. The nearby town of Llandysul is a 10 minute drive away. The property offers fast fibre Wifi and a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, wood burner.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
