The property overlooks the sea and is within walking distance of natural pools. The 4 km are two of the most beautiful beaches of the Island (Populo and Milicias). The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with sea view and one bedroom with twin beds, also with sea view. A full bathroom, living room with TV and Wifi. Dining Room / Fully equipped kitchen. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
