The house, with a terrace, is independent and spread over three floors, offering a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills. It is located in a typical Ligurian alley, central yet quiet, despite being right in the heart of town, just a few meters from the main street and close to the sea. The property is easily reachable from the train station (8-minute walk), the ferry dock, and public parking. Traditional restaurants and bars are located nearby. The village is pedestrian-only.

Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! Il Melograno, natura e cultura in Riomaggiore

Le camere, situate al secondo piano di una casa del 1700, con ingresso indipendente, offrono un meraviglioso panorama. Si fornisce: cassaforte in ogni camera, TV, zanzariere e tenda da sole, angolo tè- caffè e angolo relax nel giardino sotto la casa. Pulizia e sanificazione - ogni due giorni - con prodotti da protocollo antivirus registrati nella scheda affissa. Cambio di biancheria a metà settimana.
