I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the second bedroom. This room has huge windows looking onto our wood. There are no curtains but it isn’t overlooked. Bathroom (bath +shower) and w/c, bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. Guests may use WC, all kitchen facilities and the dining room on the ground floor. Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track.
