Libbaton golf course and some great pubs nearby or just chill out in the 5 seater hot tub and enjoy a BBQ (bring your own charcoal) sat in the enclosed garden

Private cabin sitting on an island over its own lake the ideal place to stay amongst nature and unwind in 10 acres. Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

The Little Barn

The little barn is a beautiful 2 bedroom barn conversion. Being part of Callards Farm situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. Now only a smallholding, we try to continue its 400 year history by raising sheep and cattle. Situated at the end of a mile long, narrow, bumpy lane surrounded by rolling hills. With Barnstaple about half an hours drive away and the stunning North Devon coast, Exmoor and Dartmoor within an hour. The little barn is ideally suited for exploring and experiencing Devon.

Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

A lovely cottage, converted from the 19th Century old dairy on a farm. We have an indoor heated swimming pool, fishing, gardens, fields and woods. Free coarse fishing on a stocked lake. Open all year. Ideal for holidays and short breaks. Bramble Cottage is on 1 level and has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5, 1 bathroom with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is heated and has a wood burner. It has a private garden, seating and a barbeque. We allow up to 2 pets by arrangement.
