Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

It sits on a quiet, tree lined,unsurfaced lane with little vehicle traffic but despite this is only 10 mins from both J29 of the M5 and the A30

Enjoy the Devonshire countryside from our family home! Higher Allercombe Guest House is an extension of our house, meaning we live under the same roof, but you have sole occupancy of the guest house, separated by a locked internal door, separate private entrance and outdoor eating area. It has king size and double ensuite bedrooms and a superking or twin ensuite room. There are internet TVs in each bedroom and the lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney + and good Wifi.

The Wendy House is a new renovated conversion full of modern convenience despite it being set within the historic 1800’s once working farm.
