The Annex - self contained unit .

The Annex is on a small farmlet, 6 km south of Whangarei, with harbour views. It was a sleepout, built in the 1980's, separate, but next to the main house. It has two bedrooms. There is a double bed and two singles plus a day bed in the living area. The living/ dining area, has a wood fire. There is a small shower room and separate toilet. It is situated about 100 mtr off SH1, so there can be road noise. There are no streetlights and it can be very dark if you arrive after sundown.

Beeline Cottage

Self contained two bedroom cottage in garden setting a few doors down from the main street of Waipu village. Located in a country town 90 minutes North of Auckland on main highway North. Kitchen with fridge/freezer , dishwasher and front loader washing machine. Located well away from the main house off street parking and separate entrance. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.
