The property is double glazed with underfloor heating throughout. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other is a king size. There’s 1 bathroom with a bath & overhead shower. Also a living room / kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, & tv. It has a convertible sofa chair / bed which can be used for a 5th guest. All bedding, towels & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries come as standard. There’s free WiFi throughout & parking outside.

Ideally located near all the central amenities such as pubs, restaurants and cinema. This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night.
