First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Bonjour, Attention en juillet et Aout A la semaine du samedi au samedi Le logement que nous proposons est attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal. Petit plus: vidéo projecteur xgimi + écran pour vos soirées ou journées pluvieuses!

Agréable T4, à l'arrière d'une maison, donnant sur la forêt et à 10 min de la plage et de Bayonne. Piscine privée ouverte et chauffée de juin à septembre. Terrasse et jardin clos. Cuisine fonctionnelle, ouverte sur l'espace de vie. Un W.C se trouve au RDCH. L'étage est composé de trois chambres, 2 de 13m² (grande armoire et lit double) et 1 de 11 m² (rangement et deux lits simples). La salle de bain de 6m² est lumineuse et comporte, elle aussi, un W.C.
