This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Home from Home retreat by the sea. This 3 Bedroom 8 berth caravan with a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room offers complete comfort to a larger family. Complete with shower room and seperate toilet. We have a separate dining area, gas fire, and entertainment for the children including board games and xbox/dvds. The kitchen includes large toaster, coffee machine, panini maker, sauces. Navigation Cottage is set right on the Historic Sea Lock at Heybridge Basin. It is a great place to visit with the picturesque canal walk where beautiful Thames Barges can often be seen, the Sea Wall walk past the lake Nature Reserve into Maldon or to the Marina. There are good pubs and the famous Tiptree Tee Rooms at the Sea Lock. The owners have built a lovely decking to enjoy the peaceful views across the garden and over the Lake. Perhaps book a trip on one of the Historic Thames Barges.

The cottage has been completely renovated to retain all the original quirky features of wonky ceilings, old exposed beams and original gate doors. The rooms are cosy and inviting.
