The famous Liberation market (one of the most beautiful fruit, vegetable and fish market in France) is very close. Many bus lines on Boulevard Gambetta make possible to go everywhere in Nice. The "Promenade des Anglais" is 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes by foot. The Nice International Airport is close: 7 km, about 15 mn by car or 35 mn by bus.
