The location is ideal if you enjoy privacy and exclusivity as well as if you enjoy busier environments in nearby Ormos, Kampos and Balos all within five to ten minutes driving. The house was recently renovated (2023) and is fully furnished. There are 2 bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a living room. Ideal for four persons.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house

Stonehouse is a wonderful two floor residence that combines both the traditional and modern element, providing all comforts for a unique accommodation in Samos island. Απο το 2026 πλήρως ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο και κουζίνα! Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
