401 Distrito Centro, previously known as Pink Squid, is under new ownership but our main goal to maintain its excellent reputation. This is a 1100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, on the 4th floor of a 7-floor condominium building. The 7th floor is reserved for your pleasure… an infinity pool, hot tub, and entertainment area with amazing views of the ocean and island. The first floor provides a gym which I believe is rarely used.

The Upstairs House – Pool & Perfect Location

Enjoy a brand new modern loft with pool access, located on the second floor of a private property in a perfect location. This bright and stylish space was designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation. The loft features modern finishes, air conditioning, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sleeping area. Guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Tortuga Gardens: Homey One Bedroom Apt w/ 2 Bikes

This ground floor one-bedroom apartment is spacious & modern with a beach style. Each room has a mini-split air conditioner and a ceiling fan for cool, quiet living. The complete kitchens include a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary amenities. The outdoor space includes the pool, patio dining, BBQ area and lounge chairs. We also have 2 bicycles available for your use.

Neighbourhood is very quite and street very safe.
