The guest suite is thoughtfully decorated with art and vintage furniture. Listen to birdsong on the veranda overlooking our lush garden. Get cozy by the fire or walk from our doorstep on footpaths and quiet lanes to scenic Heydon or Itteringham; both with proper country pubs and pretty cafes. The beach is just 20 mins drive, Georgian Holt 15 and Norwich 30.

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.
