Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Our Tiny Studio (16m2) with private entrance, is located near Central Station (200 meters) in the city center of Rotterdam. A 5 minute walk will take you directly into the heart of Rotterdam center. The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

Gastenverblijf Nobel is centraal gelegen, smaakvol ingericht en beschikt over een 2 persoonsbed, badkamer en keuken. Vanuit bed kun je tv kijken, welke uitgerust is met chromecast. Je kunt gratis parkeren in de straat en ligt op 1 minuut loopafstand van de supermarkt Lidl waar je lekkere broodjes/boodschappen kunt halen. Het centrum van Pijnacker is op 15 min loopafstand. Hier bevindt zich de metro Lijn E, naar Den Haag, Rotterdam en de bus naar Delft, Zoetermeer.

De Slaapsoof is een eigentijdse B&B, midden in natuurgebied ‘De zeven gaten’. Naast rust, ruimte en natuur vind je er ook dichtbij de drukte van leuke steden. Met het strand en bos op 7 kilometer afstand, mooie fiets- en wandelpaden en de gemoedelijke Westlandse sfeer is er eigenlijk voor ieder wat wils! The chalet is located in the backyard of an existing premise with private entrance. 10 min walk from the railway-station, the center or TU. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, gas cooking stove, oven, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower) and central heating. A covered terrace and garden. Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!

In the middle of the historic center of Delft is our monumental building located. In the attic this spacious studio is fully furnished. A private bathroom and kitchen are provided. Please note!! You have to climb 3 steep stairs to get to your apartment. We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases. Because of this it is not suitable for people who have difficulties walking.
