Private apartment in modern farmhouse

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.

An impressive wing of a medieval, fairy-tale castle, this turreted Scottish holiday sleeps eight guests, with four-bedrooms encompassing quirky, historic features, as well as a stylish finish and luxurious touches. Situated at Branxholme, 3 miles from Hawick, in the heart of the Scottish borders, the magical haven includes a mature garden, with a private hot tub and games room. Guests also have access to some lovely woodland walks in the wider grounds.

This cozy and warm cottage has a gentle contemporary feel to it. It has 2 en suite bedrooms with superking size beds (can be turned into twins). The kitchen, dining and living area are all open plan with a wood burning stove. The terrace is part of a small enclosed garden, sunny and sheltered from the wind. Castletoun Spa (hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower) has to be booked in advance for an exclusive use (£30 per day).
