Posjeduje klimu u svakoj sobi te u dnevnom boravku . Ima dvije terase od kojih jedna ima pogled na more, druga na nacionalni park. Apartman također posjeduje perilicu rublja i perilicu posuđa. The building is located in the very center of Starigrad Paklenica in the immediate vicinity of the promenade, which can be used to reach the sandy beach (200 meters away), shops (150 meters away) or the town center (500 meters away).
