Spend your days lounging on the beach, exploring historic castles on islands, renting canoes, kayaks, sea-doos or boats, fishing, biking , golf, hiking , antiqueing and sampling local beer

Newly renovated boathouse bunkie overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River located in the Heart of the 1000 Islands. Nestled in the quaint village of Rockport. This upper level bachelor bunkie sleeps 2 in the open concept room. Separate bathroom with large shower. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave and air fryer/toaster oven combo. You can either sit on the south deck overlooking a marina to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Out on the north deck you can BBQ a delicious meal.

Master bedroom has 1 king bed and ensuite with view of the river. Second room has 1 king bed with ensuite and two windows that capture the sunrise. Spectacular sunsets will take your breath away daily . Clean clear water invites you to swim, canoe, kayak or simply float . Notice the herron flying low, swans in the bay, and eagles keeping watch from a tree .

A perfect getaway for 2 (or on your own), you’ll sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed with all of the must-have amenities, including an in-unit compost toilet, running water and an outdoor shower. Located 5 minutes from the US border. This cottage/house has air conditioning/ furnace, wood stove, laundry, dishwasher, tv, wifi, propane bbq, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove-oven, refrigerator/freezer. A dock for your small boat or seadoo is also available. Canoe and life jackets provided.

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Stunning 360 degree views of the majestic St. Lawrence River. This tiny, basic cottage is accessible only by boat and offers an 80’ concrete dock. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. No wifi but excellent cell service. Cottage is basic but views are fantastic. Scorpion Island is a unique experience in the heart of the 1000 Islands just east of Gananoque. This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
