Armario de limpieza completo, plancha y tabla de planchar. El apartamento dispone de WiFi de alta velocidad, climatización (frío/calor) de gran calidad y silenciosa, televisor Smart-TV, disponiendo también de radiadores, a su disposición como complemento para el invierno. El apartamento se entrega con juegos de toallas, sábanas, secador de pelo y amenidades para todos sus inquilinos y completamente preparado para su uso. Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the second floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

La Iglesia de San Bartolomé es una iglesia parroquial católica de la ciudad de Sevilla, fue construida entre 1780 y 1796, sobre una antigua sinagoga; a sus pies los naranjos endulzan el aire con sabor a azahar. A 5 minutos se encuentra esta casa inspirada en sus colores verdes y vainillas que solo te invitan y sosiegan después de un día de andanzas y emociones vividas en Sevilla, como un refugio de paz y confort. La vivienda posee las máximas calidades, para garantizar el confort de los huéspedes; techos altos y vigas de madera lo sustentan. Al entrar al apartamento se encuentra con la cocina totalmente equipada y una mesa con dos sillas para poder comer o trabajar en ella, el salón abierto a la estancia con su agradable chimenea de madera y mármol, sus muebles cálidos de diseño le invitan al descanso después de sus largos paseo descubriendo nuestra ciudad. La zona del dormitorio principal posee un ventanal con cierre en madera que da un pequeño patio interior, el baño con un gran cierre en madera y contraventana en madera; el revestimiento en gran formato de Porcelanosa y madera dan mayor calidez y limpieza para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan siempre como en casa. Beautiful Penthouse located in the center of Seville. It has two floors, with large terraces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
