Surrounded by beautiful grounds and historic outhouses, located 1.5k from Tramore beach which stretches almost 7k (behind St Patrick’s Links, Roasapenna Golf Course). Other nearby attractions include the Boardwalk Resort (1k), the famous Glen Bar & Restaurant (3k), Doe Castle (4k), Ards Friary, Marble Hill & Dunfanaghy (14k).

Cashelmore House is a modern house ideally located in picturesque Ards. Close to many blue flag beaches, Ards Forest Park, Muckish mountain and family friendly activities such as horse riding, surfing and golf. Doe Castle and Glenveagh Castle are a short drive away. Rosapenna Villa is a beautiful 3 storey house located at Downings, 4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 guests and with a stunning view of the Beach - what more could you want? Our house has a lot to offer for couples, family gatherings and friendly catch ups. Located behind the Rosaapenna hotel, it is set between two sandy beaches: Downings and Tramore. It has a striking view of and is set in an area of natural beauties. It is a great place to get away to relax and unwind.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
