Situated 1.1 miles from the seafront of Sidmouth, the town is a 15 minute walk away through The Byes Park. A bus stop is a short stroll away and provides links to the town centre and other parts of East Devon including Honiton, Seton and Exeter. Swift Lee is a perfect place to relax with your friends and family and explore East Devon's coast, countryside and attractions.

Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
