The accommodation is beautifully presented with exquisite attention to detail and high quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. There is direct access from the private drive parking area to the Annex.

Located on our working farm, you will be secluded in the comfort of the pod, looking out at views of the East Devon countryside. A wood burner is perfect for a cosy winter’s night, or to enjoy those summer evenings there is a large decking. We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Surrounded by nature, peace and tranquility, this is a wonderful place to stay within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The gardens are colourful, mature and well maintained, for you to enjoy during your stay. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Oakbridge Corner offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation for 2 +baby. Set in the heart of Sidbury village which boasts a pub, 2 shops and a good bus route to the surrounding area. Come and explore the outstanding countryside and Jurassic coastline or visit the many local towns-Sidmouth, Honiton, Lyme Regis or venture into Exeter for something to eat or drink. Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

The Old Orchard

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With no neighbours you really have found heaven on earth. Being the highest house in Branscombe you have an uninterrupted view of the coast through the rolling hills. Luxury begins and ends here, with huge beds and top quality bedding we ensure you have the perfect nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped. Step out of bifold doors and breathe in the fresh coastal air and relax. Sadly no children under 10 permitted.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
