It has its own quiet outdoor sunny patio terrace to enjoy the view. The property has its own direct access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Sunny in summer and super cosy in winter!

Our cosy but contemporary 4 * graded Mill Cottage is over 180 yrs old. Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. You will love it in this quiet, friendly village. Easy access to everything. Surrounded by Mountains, Canals, Lakes, Market Towns and Activity Centres. Two local pubs and a shop in walking distance. Great place for couples or a small family having a King Size bedroom and a Day bed on bedroom/landing. Just be aware you have to walk through this bedroom to access the main bedroom.

Fan Cottage is a detached cottage in the west of the Brecon Beacons with magnificent views overlooking Cray Reservoir and was totally refurbished to a high standard in 2017. It is ideal for a family or group of friends. Hill and reservoir walks are accessible straight out of the garden. We welcome well behaved dogs - additional charge of £20/dog. We take 7 nights or 3 night weekend bookings from Friday - weekend price is £500 to £650: stay of 7 nights have a minimum of 30% discount.

Quaint cottage situated in the heart of the waterfall country. Enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas with the four waterfall walk on your door step! This one bedroom cottage consists of one double bed, one single bed and also has one very comfy sofa! There is a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine/tumble perfect for cleaning those muddy clothes after your waterfall walk. Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

We are happy for you to bring your lovely pets, the outdoor private area for the cottage is not fully enclosed sadly but we do have a paddock you can use and there are plenty of fab dog walking/swimming spots locally.
