Mountain Cottage w/indoor hot tub

The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal hot tub in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped (fully equipped kitchen & washer), a new WIFI for guests to use, and has new quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.

Dýjaból is a 50 m2 summer house whith 2 bedrooms, in a peaceful area in Northern Iceland, about 3,5 hours drive from Reykjavik. There is a hot tub on the veranda and trees and bushes around the house. From Dýjaból there is less than 10 minutes to Sauðárkrókur, where you can find swimming pool, supermarket, wine store, bakery and restuarants. From Sauðárkrókur you can take a boat to Drangey, the home of the puffins. There is a one hours drive to Akureyri. A cosy place in peaceful surroundings.

It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

Situated on the beautiful, peaceful island of Hrísey in the middle of Eyjaförður. The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

Our Cabins come with made up beds, private WC, warm and nice outdoor shower and a hot tub (needs to be booked in advance). They are well furnished with blackout curtains, luxury in bed and linens. Small, but fully equipped kitchen and a small porch. Enjoy the afternoon sitting on the terrace gazing at the spectacular mountains and the midnight sun during summertime. For winter visitors this is the ideal location for winter sports, family vacations and to watch the northern lights.

Cozy house on the prairie

A private cozy guesthouse on a farm in Skagafjordur, North west Iceland. The perfect getaway for a nature loving couple or friends. The cabin has everything you need to relax. We built the house in 2022. One bedroom with big double bed and another with small double bed , fully equipped kitchen facilities (stove, oven, pots, plates, utensils and coffee maker) with a fridge and a private bathroom with a shower. Outside we have platform with chairs so you can enjoy the weather.

It's a quiet and a friendly place where family and friends can have wonderful time together. A restaurant Verbúðin66 is near by and a grocery store Hríseyjarbúðin. There is a hot-tub on the patio and also there is a swimming-pool on the island. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the location, the views, and the people.

Our Cottage is one of a kind. It's modern, yet rustic, with large windows in all direction for the best view over the lake and mountains. It sits in a hill above Lake Ólafsfjörður and comes with a fishing permit. There is no light pollution in the area and therefore the winter nights light up the stars and the Northern Lights. The cottage is spacious with a double bed room and an attic with a beautiful view. Its only 5min drive from town Ólafsfjörđur.

Hallfridarstadir Farmhouse Akureyri region

Hi. We have a vacation cottage for rent at a farm near Akureyri. Distance to Akureyri is 20min driving. The cottage is located on our farmland and we live in the farmhouse about 800m away up the hill. We do not farm livestock but there might be the occasional sheep grazing the fields. Guests are welcome to pick mushroom on the land and august is prime blueberry season and you can pick blueberries right outside the cottage.
