Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. There is one room downstairs with a double sofa bed and a mini kitchen with combination microwave, fridge and two ring hob. Upstairs has a cosy attic style bedroom with a large Velux window. The ensuite bathroom has powerful shower. Guests have access to hosts BBQ in summer by arrangement.

No: 1 Coastguard Cottage is a fabulous historic house with an observation tower that offers views over the Humber Estuary and North Sea in the peaceful unspoilt village of Easington. The Coastguards left the cottage and Easington in the 1980's. The house is spacious and has been fully refurbished to a high standard with many period features. The location is close to the beach, Spurn National Nature Reserve, two village pubs and offers great walking and cycling routes.
