Short walk to the tram station and only 2 stops to the convention centre. Fully renovated unit hidden away in a centralised quiet location, 100m from a patrolled beach. Decorated in a coastal, luxe style this unit is positioned on the 3rd floor (walk up- no lift!) of a small apartment complex, it’s a light, bright and contemporary haven bathed in sunshine and sea breezes. My studio is perfect for singles or couples. It is situated between Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise. Close to bars, restaurants, surf clubs, Star Casino, Cascade Gardens, Gold Coast Convention Centre & Pacific Fair Shopping Centre . There is secure under cover parking. We are only a 5 minute walk to the Glink tram or the bus service. The beautiful Gold Coast beach is only 200m away.
